I woke up, went to the chiropractor, then got a massage.
I scarfed down lunch at three in the afternoon.
I took a breath for five minutes, then rushed out the door to my son’s Christmas concert.
I scarfed down a drive-thru dinner at 9 pm.
I spent three minutes calling my phone before remembering it was still on silent.
My head hurts.
I either need water, or vitamins, or more calories. Or, hell, a glass of wine.
I feel like the mental relaxation the massage gave me was immediately canceled out by the rest of my day.
At least my body isn’t as beat up as when I woke up.
Guess I better schedule that next massage.
